Powder ingredients in a blender, or crush in a mortar and pestle. The powder can be
placed in capsules or taken in water. It can also be prepared as an infusion and taken
three times a day. Store for no more than 24 hours in the refrigerator. Use one to
four teaspoons of powder daily or four to eight tablespoons of infusion daily
