This blend is antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and stimulates the circulation. You can use equal parts or as much as you like, for example, 2 drops of each into a base oil and you can tweak it as you see fit. For example, if you have more cramping than mood swings, add more marjoram,
Geranium antibacterial and anti-inflammatory
Calendula infused oil makes a wonderful base oil. You could also add the essential oils to a yarrow infused oil, chamomile infused oil, or a lavender infused oil. Or just use plain olive oil or sweet almond oil.
Rub the oil blend in the base oil from navel to mid thighs and into buttocks and hip oil then add hot water bottle or heating pad. Yarrow infused oil would be a good carrier to use.
