CRAMPS- muscle spams characterized by a sharp pain in the muscle.
Clove Oil- helps the muscle to relax. Can loosen cramped muscles. Ice- provides instant relief from pain.
1. wrap 4 ice cubes in small towel and apply to cramp for 10 minutes. 2. After 10 minutes- mix 2-3 drops clove oil with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil (example: almond oil, jojoba oil). Massage cramp for 5 minutes. 3. Wash with warm water. 4. If needed, do this every couple of hours until cramp subsides.
