Tea #1
1/2 ounce Nettle 1/2 ounce Cleavers
1/2 ounce Parsley 1/2 ounce Orange leaves and flowers 1/2 ounce Red Raspberry 1/4 ounce Hops
1/4 ounce Senna
Mix herbs together and store in a glass container in a cool, dark cupboard. As needed use 1 tsp of herb to 1 cup of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Use up to 3 cups per day between meals.

1/2 ounce Elderflowers 1/2 ounce Black Cohosh 1/2 ounce Motherwort 1/2 ounce Partridge Berry
