Oregon grape Mahonia aquifolium: 1 ounce
Hops Humulus lupulus: 1 ounce
Motherwort Leonurus cardiaca: 1 ounce
Partridge berry Mitchella repens: 1 ounce
Filtered water (boiling): 3 pints
Simmer herbs in water until it reduces to approximately 1,200 milliliters/two pints.
Cool and strain. Use four to six tablespoons in water, three times a day between meals. This mixture can be taken over a period of months.
