Gallbladder Support Blend
Dandelion Taraxacum officinale root: 1 ounce
Parsley Petroselinum crispum root: 1 ounce
Lemon balm Melissa officinalis leaves: 1 ounce
Ginger Zingiber officinale rhizome: ½ ounce
Licorice Glycyrrhiza glabra root: ½ ounce
Filtered water: 2 pints
Place the roots, except the ginger, in the water. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Add lemon balm and ginger root and steep for 20 minutes. Use one-half cup every
