
RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME- condition that causes an uncontrollable urge to move your legs, usually because of an uncomfortable sensation.
Almond Oil- natural relaxant. Helps reduce the sensation of restless leg syndrome.
Lavender Oil- relieves itchiness and tingling sometimes related to restless leg syndrome.
Mix 5 drops lavender oil to 2 tablespoons almond oil. Massage onto legs for 5 minutes. Wash with warm cloth. Use daily to help with restless leg syndrome.
