
JOINT PAIN- can happen in knees, ankles, fingers, hips, toes, wrists.
Nettle Leaf- has a soothing effect on your joints. Naturally relieves pain.
Turmeric- protects against inflammation in the joints and can reduce pain, redness, and swelling.
Add 1 tablespoon dried nettle leaves and 1 teaspoon turmeric to a cup of hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes.
Strain using a fine mesh strainer.
Drink. Do this up to 4 times per day to help relieve joint pain.
