JAW PAIN- caused by grinding teeth, poor jaw alignment and fractures.
Ginger- reduces pain, redness and swelling. Allows your jaw to move more freely.
St John's Wort- smooths the muscles in your jaw. Helps you recover from jaw pain more quickly.
Crush 1 teaspoon ground ginger and 1 teaspoon ground St John's Wort using a mortar and pestle.
Mix with a small amount of water to form a paste.
Apply the paste to the painful area of your jaw for 10 minutes. Wash with warm water.
Do this every 2 hours until pain subsides.
