
Almond Oil- has analgesic properties and naturally soothes painful bones, joints, and muscles when applied topically.
Cayenne- contains high levels of capsaicin- a common ingredient in topical pain relief creams.
Add 2 tablespoons Almond Oil and 1 teaspoon cayenne powder to a bowl and mix well.
Apply to affected area for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
Do this up to 3 times per day to help relieve the pain.
