GAS- can lead to bloating, abdominal pain, and uncontrolled flatulence.
Baking Soda- effective antacid that releases gas from the stomach.
Cinnamon- calms the stomach and helps protect against the buildup of gas.
Add 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to a glass of cold water. Mix well and drink.
Drink this up to 4 times per day until gas subsides.
