Dandelion Taraxacum officinale root: 1 ounce
Milk thistle Cnicus benedictus: 1 ounce
Juniper Juniperus communis berries: ½ ounce
Cayenne Capsicum annuum powder: 1 pinch
Filtered water: 1½ pint
Simmer dandelion root in water for 20 minutes. Strain over the juniper berries and milk thistle. Steep for 15 minutes, and then strain again. Cool and add a pinch of cayenne. Use one tablespoon three times a day. ~ACHS
