Smoothies have fiber- juice is just juice.
1st morning: 1 oz beet juice- 1 tsp lemon juice
2nd morning 1 oz beet juice- 2 tsp lemon juice
3rd 3 oz-3 tsp
4th-(7-10 days) 4oz- 4tsp
Avocado oil or coconut oil for veggies
Liver cleanse smoothie for breakfast and supper. Salad for lunch.
SMOOTHIE (take 1/2 hour after beet juice/lemon juice mix)
water- 4oz OR almond milk base
cinnamon
1 cup mixed greens (kale, parsley, chard, spinach)
1/2 cucumber- organic or peel
2 stalks celery (improves lymph fluid)
3" round beet
dash nutmeg or cinnamon
1/2 apple (dissolve crystallization in liver and gallbladder)
1 tbsp lemon and olive oil
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds (helps bowels)
To cleanse the liver and kidneys:
15 drops of onion juice daily will benefit the liver.
Use a liver flush. To prepare use 1-T olive oil and add the juice of half a lemon. Take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not eat for half an hour. Repeat for three days, have a rest for five days, then repeat again.
Note: The lemon and olive oil flush is a process that you need to prepare for. Complete the flush alone; it is a one-time flush. Conversely, the onion juice flush can be used daily. You would, however, stop your daily onion juice flush when completing the lemon and olive oil flush.
