
WORMS- parasites that live on the intestinal wall.
Coconut- contains several anti-parasitic ingredients that help kill intestinal worms.
Pumpkin Seed- contains curcurbitacin which is a compound that paralyzes worms and removes them from the intestinal wall.
Eat 1 tablespoon dried, shredded coconut and 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds each morning, shortly after waking up and again each night, shortly before going to sleep.
Do this each morning until worms disappear.
