
UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)- type of bladder infection that can cause back pain, pain when urinating, and frequent urinating.
Baking Soda- reduces acidity in your urine. Cranberry Juice- contains various protective compounds which prevent the formation of bacteria in your urinary tract.
Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda to a glass of cranberry juice. Mix well and drink. Do this up to 2 times per day to treat a UTI.
3 parts Arctostaphylos uva ursi (Bearberry, Uva ursi) Clears urinary Damp Heat, antimicrobial
3 parts Althea officinalis (Marshmallow root) Urinary demulcent, soothing, analgesic
1 part Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) Spasmolytic, analgesic
1 part Viburnum opulus (Cramp bark) Spasmolytic, analgesic
Directions: Blend dry herbs. Use 1/2 oz of herbs to 3 1/2 C of hot, filtered water. Steep for 20 minutes and strain.
Drink 1 cup 3x per day and store in the refrigerator
