
TENDONITIS- develops when tendons become inflamed.
Cayenne- has pain relieving and warming properties that help soothe Tendonitis.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil- stimulates blood flow, reduces pain and speeds up recovery from Tendonitis.
1. Warm 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil in saucepan.
2. Add 1 tablespoon Cayenne and mix well.
3. Massage affected tendon. Leave on for 30 minutes then wash.
4. Do this up to 4 times per day.
