
STOMACH ULCERS- painful, open sores that develop on your stomach lining.
Banana- prevents the growth of various bacteria that causes ulcers.
Coconut Milk- has a soothing effect on stomach. Helps relieve the pain of ulcers.
Blend 1 banana with 1 cup of Coconut Milk in blender until smooth. Drink up to 2 times per day until symptoms subside.
Stomach Support Formula I (ulcers)
The following mixture has shown positive results:
Slippery elm Ulmus rubra bark: 1 ounce
Marshmallow Althaea officinalis root: 1 ounce
Meadowsweet Filipendula ulmaria: 1 ounce
Yellow dock Rumex crispus root: 1 ounce
Boiling water: 2 pint
Place the meadowsweet and yellow dock in water and simmer until two pints remain. Cool and strain. Pour over the slippery elm and marshmallow and leave to steep overnight. Take three to four tablespoons every three hours for the first two weeks and then every four hours for an additional three weeks.
