TREATMENT #1
Apple Cider Vinegar- boosts your digestive system and soothes your stomach.
Ginger- combats many of the bacteria that causes upset stomach.
Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon ground ginger to 1 cup hot water. Drink up to 4 times per day.
TREATMENT #2
Rice Water- reduces inflammation and soothes stomach.
Honey- soothes stomach
Follow directions on rice but use double the amount of water. Strain excess water in to cup and drink.
