
SNORING- interrupts your sleep and the sleep of the people around you.
Peppermint Oil- soothes the inflammation in the nostrils and throat that cause snoring.
Tea Tree Oil- opens your throat and nostrils and promotes proper breathing which will help stop snoring.
Put 5 drops peppermint oil and 5 drops tea tree oil on paper towel. Place on your pillow while you sleep. In the morning, discard paper towel.
In the morning, add 5 drops peppermint oil and 5 drops tea tree oil to a bowl of boiling water. Breathe in the steam using deep breaths. Do this for 5 minutes.
Do daily to help end snoring.
