Kidney Tonic (Sluggish Kidneys)
Parsley Petroselinum crispum leaves and root: 1 ounce
Juniper Juniperus communis berries: 1ounce
Flaxseed Linum usitatissimum: 1 ounce
Buchu Barosma betulina leaves: 1 ounce
Filtered water (boiling): 1 cup
Mix all herbs well and keep in a dark, dry place until ready to prepare. Infuse one
teaspoon of the mixture in the boiling water, cover, and let stand until cool. Strain
the mixture. Store for no more than 24 hours in the refrigerator. Use two to four
tablespoons every two hours until improvement is noted, then reduce to three times
a day
