Chamomile- natural relaxant. Helps you fall in to a deep, sound sleep
Valerian Root- natural sedative. Helps relax your mind and body before you sleep.
Add 1 teaspoon dried chamomile and 1 teaspoon dried valerian root to a cup of hot water. Let steep 5 minutes.
Strain into another cup using a fine mesh strainer. Drink.
Do this nightly 1 hour before bed to enhance your sleep quality.
