ROSEMARY TEA
1-t finely chopped dried rosemary Rosmarinus officinalis
1-cup boiling water
Pour water over herb. Cover and steep for one minute, then strain. Drink one cup of hot tea before breakfast and lunch.
ROSEMARY BATH
Since a rosemary bath is designed to tone and stimulate the systems, it is best taken in the morning and is not recommended at night. Try to take a rosemary bath both Saturday and Sunday mornings, then return to bed to rest for an hour.
2-oz rosemary Rosmarinus officinalis
2-pt boiling water
Steep the rosemary in the boiling water for 30 minutes. Strain, and then add to bath water.
