1-oz/30-g dandelion root
1-oz/30-g parsley root
1-oz/30-g lemon balm leaves
½-oz/15-g ginger root
½-oz /15-g licorice root
2-pt/1200-ml of clean water
Place the roots, except the ginger, in the water. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Add lemon balm and ginger root and steep for 20 minutes. Use ½-cup every two hours.
