HOW TO HEAL YOUR GALL BLADDER
1. Do the elimination diet. As we age, our bodies become less tolerant of some foods. By doing the elimination diet, you can find out what is causing the imbalance in your system.
2. Consider a digestive enzyme. If you have loose stools and more than four bowel movements a day, research indicates a pancreatic enzyme supplement may help.
3. Shoot for 6 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit per day.
4. Eat broccoli sprouts! Eating 1/4 cup per day can decrease bilirubin deposits in the gallbladder thus reducing the likelihood of gallstone formation.
5. Consider taking a supplement with Curcumin. Curcumin extracts from turmeric have been shown to stimulate bile formation and gallbladder emptying.
