This particular plant can be grown and consumed. It also is available in a massage oil which can be applied during a relaxing home massage.
Chamomile- Tincture are concentrated liquids of one or more herbs. Tinctures can purchased or made at home if you have the ingredients necessary. Soaking the leaf or root in vinegar will release the necessary properties of the chamomile or other herb that you have chosen. In treating anxiety, using chamomile will calm down the nervous system and allow for a more relaxed sleep, as anxiety sufferers find their mind in overwhelm.

HOPS has also been used for hundreds of years as an herbal medicine to treat sleep problems as well as anxiety, irritability, excitability, and restlessness. Valerian primarily functions as an anxiolytic. Anxiolytics relieve anxiety and have calming, sedative effects.
Great for ADHD too.
Add about 4 hops pellets to a coffee filter. Put filter over a cup. Pour 8 ounces of hot water over pellets. Drink.

For anxiety, take 120 to 200 mg, three times per day. Your last dose of valerian root should be right before bedtime. The recommended dosage for anxiety is generally lower than the dosage for insomnia. This is because taking high doses of valerian root during the day can lead to daytime sleepiness.

Lavender Oil- natural relaxant and helps eliminate feelings of anxiety.
Add 5 drops Chamomile Oil and 5 drops Lavender Oil to a hot bath. Soak for 30 minutes.
