This makes a total of four pints of fluid a day. More may be taken if desired. If you find you are not having a bowel movement every day, try massaging your abdomen in a clockwise direction, taking psyllium seed, or an enema. If you choose to use an enema, use pure water. You can also add flaxseed Linum usitatissimum, the strained juice of half a lemon, or some wheat grass Elytrigia repens juice. Use up to two pints of warm fluid for each enema. Gently massage the abdomen in clockwise direction.
