Red raspberry Rubus idaeus leaves: 2 ounces
Motherwort Leonurus cardiaca herb: 1 ounce
Ginger Zingiber officinale rhizome: ½ ounce
Filtered water: 1½ pint
Simmer the raspberry leaves for 15 minutes in a covered saucepan in the water.
Strain, cool, and pour over the motherwort and ginger. Leave to steep for one to
two hours until the mucilage is extracted. Take two to four tablespoons as needed.
