Ingredients: 1 cup of distilled filtered water 1 Tbl. alcohol-free witch hazel 1 tsp. of baking soda 1 tsp. carrier oil* (be sure NOT to use regular coconut oil – it can clog your drain pipes!) 10 drops of essential oils* Mason jar for storage
Instructions In a small glass, mix essential oils with carrier oil, witch hazel, and baking soda. Fill glass with distilled water. Swish in your mouth for 10-15 seconds and rinse. Makes several applications. Store remaining mouthwash in mason jar.

You can use any, or a combination of these: Avocado, Fractionated Coconut, Grapeseed, Jojoba, Sweet Almond.
