(this makes enough for several cups of coffee)
1 teaspoon Turmeric
Big Pinch of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Put in shaker and shake into your coffee each morning. You could also spoon to taste. For sweetener, I recommend Manuka Honey as it has many more health benefits. Instead of creamer, try coconut oil. Coconut oil is very health benefiting as well. If you don't really like the texture of the coconut oil in your coffee, there is a powder form that works great.
