Cold Season Support Formula
Garlic Allium sativum cloves: 1 ounce
Rose hips Rosa canina fructus: 1 ounce
Parsley Petroselinum crispum leaves: 1 ounce
Rosemary Rosmarinus officinalis herb: 1 ounce
Thyme Thymus vulgaris herb: 1 ounce
Filtered water: 1 pint
Crush garlic and mix with remaining herbs. Prepare an infusion using one ounce of
the herb mixture to one pint of purified water. Adults: Two to four tablespoons
every hour. Children: One to two tablespoons every hour. ~ACHS
