Xerostomia- aka Dry Mouth. Caused by a lack of saliva in the mouth.
Peppermint- increases saliva production and protects against dry mouth.
Rosemary- moisturizes the mouth and keeps it from drying out.
Add 1 tablespoon dried peppermint and 1 tablespoon dried rosemary to cup of hot water. Let steep 5 minutes. Strain into another cup using a fine mesh strainer. Drink.
Do this up to 4 times per day to treat dry mouth.
