VOMITING- caused by illness, alcohol consumption, stomach disorders and food poisoning.
Clove- has antiseptic properties and fights many infections that cause vomiting. Calms the stomach.
Peppermint- reduces vomiting and soothes stomach. Reduces feelings of sickness.
Add 1 tablespoon dried peppermint and 1 teaspoon clove powder to a cup of hot water. Steep 5 minutes, strain and drink.
Do this up to 4 times per day until vomiting ceases.
