Ginger- helps protect against nausea and vomiting. Lemon Juice- Calms your stomach and soothes the symptoms of morning sickness. Peppermint- soothes your digestive tract and helps keep morning sickness at bay.
Add 1 tablespoon dried peppermint, 1 tablespoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon lemon juice to hot water. Steep 5 minutes. Strain using a fine mesh strainer and drink. Drink up to 4 times per day to combat morning sickness.
